Common Questions

Do I need an account to use the app?

No. You do not create an email or password account. Basic features work immediately, and your meals and profile stay on your device. When you first open the App, we create an anonymous identifier only to authorize requests to our servers and to link your subscription.

How do I delete my data?

There is no in-app “Delete Account” button because we do not operate a sign-in account. To remove data stored on your device, uninstall the App or clear its storage in your device settings. To request deletion of server-side data (such as meal-generation history or AI content reports), submit our form at MealCompiler AI Data Deletion Request. Include approximate dates of use or your anonymous User ID if you have it. Deleting app data does not cancel an active subscription; manage that in the App Store, Google Play, or Settings → MealCompiler AI Pro if you have Pro.
